Primarily a walk-in style restaurant, groups of any size are always welcome to arrive at The Epicurean Red Hill without notice on a walk-in basis.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
CONFIRMING MY BOOKING
To secure your reservation we require all bookings to provide a $20 per guest security deposit. This will not be charged to your nominated credit card unless you are a ‘no show’, arrive with less guests than booked or you fail to cancel your booking within 12 hours of your allocated seating time.
WEEKENDS, PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & PEAK SEASON
Please note that the Con Amici menu applies to all Shed bookings of 8+ on weekends, public holidays & peak holiday season.
A 15% surcharge is applicable on all public holidays.
SOME FOODS ARE NOT RIGHT FOR ME
If you have any specific dietary requirements, our kitchen and service staff are well versed in assisting you with appropriate dishes. Dietary requirements can be accommodated on the Con Amici menu. Dietary requests cannot be guaranteed without prior arrangement and will be catered for on an individual basis. The Epicurean Group will endeavour to accommodate food allergies, however we cannot guarantee allergy-free meals due to the potential of cross contamination in the working environment and supplied ingredients.
CHANGES TO MY BOOKING
We need at least 12 hours notice from your booking date for any change to your booking. If you cancel at least 12 hours prior then we will refund the deposit in full. If you change numbers or cancel on the day or you are a ‘no show’ then the deposit is not refunded.
I'M RUNNING LATE
Please call to notify the restaurant ASAP on 5989 4000 EXT #1. If you are running late, we will do our best to ensure that we can provide you and your guests with a seamless experience. Please note that the sitting times agreed will still be in place.
